Description: We are seeking a professional and knowledgeable General Dentist to join our team! The ideal fit for the role will have a strong patient focus and be knowledgeable about general dental hygiene and other concerns.

Dentist Responsibilities:

-Consult with patients to ascertain their dental concerns or problems.
-Carry out investigation and assessments of the patients oral health, including visual exams, x-rays, etc.
-Make a diagnosis of problems affecting patients’ teeth, gums, or jaw bone structures.
-Perform required procedures to help alleviate pain or fix broken or decaying teeth.
-Perform general dental procedures such as; fillings, root canals, x-rays, scale and polish, fluoride coating, obtain molds of teeth, consult for dental implants or false teeth, and tooth extraction.
-Educate patients on proper tooth and gum health and how to maintain healthy teeth.

Requirements: D.S. or D.M.D. from a school accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) and American Dental Association
Licensed to practice in the state
Certified in CPR
Good interpersonal skills and communication
Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Accurate and precise attention to detail
Compassionate and caring of patients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to work in an intense, concentrated environment
Calm and cool-headed with a positive attitude
Complies with all office, local, state, and American Dental Association regulations, protocols, and procedures
