Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pathologist to join our medical team in the UAE. The role involves conducting laboratory tests and diagnosing diseases by examining tissue samples, blood, and other bodily fluids to support patient care and treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct diagnostic examinations of tissue, blood, and bodily fluids to identify diseases and conditions
• Interpret laboratory results, prepare detailed reports, and communicate findings to medical professionals
• Assist in the diagnosis of a wide range of conditions, including cancers, infections, and genetic disorders
• Collaborate with clinical teams to provide accurate diagnoses and recommend treatment plans
• Perform autopsies and post-mortem examinations when required, and document findings appropriately
• Ensure adherence to laboratory safety, regulatory, and quality standards in compliance with UAE health regulations
• Stay updated with advancements in pathology and diagnostic technologies
• Supervise and train junior laboratory staff, if applicable
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards
• Contribute to the development of protocols and best practices for pathology procedures

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in biology, physical sciences, or a related field.
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
4 to 7 years’ internship and residency training, specializing in pathology.
