Description: We are looking for a Clinical Pathologist to join our medical team and provide expert diagnostic services through the analysis of laboratory specimens. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pathology, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering accurate and timely diagnostic information to support patient care. As a Clinical Pathologist, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to interpret laboratory results, guide treatment decisions, and ensure the highest standards of laboratory practice. The Clinical Pathologist will be responsible for overseeing laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining quality control procedures. You will analyze blood, tissue, and other bodily fluids to detect abnormalities, infections, and diseases. Your expertise will be critical in diagnosing conditions such as cancer, infections, and autoimmune disorders.

Responsibilities:

Analyze laboratory specimens to diagnose diseases and conditions
Interpret test results and provide diagnostic reports
Oversee laboratory operations and ensure quality control
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
Develop and implement testing protocols
Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
Participate in case reviews and clinical consultations

Requirements: Medical degree (MD or DO) with specialization in pathology
Board certification in clinical pathology
Valid medical license to practice
Extensive knowledge of laboratory procedures and diagnostic techniques
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Experience with laboratory information systems
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
