Description: Install and test medical equipment.
Maintain and repair medical equipment.
Conduct safety checks on equipment.
Train and advice users of safe procedures.
Work with other staff in determining needs of equipment.
Performing preventive maintenance on biomedical equipment.
May be required to travel.

Requirements: A bachelors degree in biomedical engineering or technology, or a similar field.
A minimum of 2 years experience as a biomedical technician.
Exceptional knowledge of the structure and uses of biomedical equipment.
Solid technical skills and the ability to repair machinery with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex information in laymans terms.
Ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced medical environment.
Proficient dexterity and hand-eye coordination, as well as physical stamina to lift heavy equipment.
