Description: A Biomedical Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on a variety of medical equipment used in healthcare facilities, ensuring its proper functionality and safety by conducting regular inspections, calibrations, and troubleshooting issues, while also providing technical support and training to medical staff on equipment usage; essentially bridging the gap between cutting-edge medical technology and patient care.

Requirements: A bachelors degree in biomedical engineering or technology, or a similar field.
A minimum of 2 years experience as a biomedical technician.
Exceptional knowledge of the structure and uses of biomedical equipment.
Solid technical skills and the ability to repair machinery with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex information in laymans terms.
Ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced medical environment.
Proficient dexterity and hand-eye coordination, as well as physical stamina to lift heavy equipment.
