Description: A Biomedical Technician, also known as a Biomedical Equipment Technician (BMET), is responsible for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of medical equipment in healthcare facilities. They perform maintenance, repair, and calibration on a wide range of devices, including patient monitors, X-ray machines, and ultrasound equipment. Additionally, they may be involved in installing new equipment, conducting safety checks, and training users on proper equipment operation.

Requirements: A bachelors degree in biomedical engineering or technology, or a similar field.
A minimum of 2 years experience as a biomedical technician.
Exceptional knowledge of the structure and uses of biomedical equipment.
Solid technical skills and the ability to repair machinery with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex information in laymans terms.
Ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced medical environment.
