Description: As a Biomedical Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining medical equipment used in healthcare facilities. You will work as part of a team to ensure that equipment is functioning properly and that any issues are addressed in a timely manner to minimize disruption to patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive maintenance on medical equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions or failures
- Calibrate and test equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
- Order replacement parts and maintain adequate inventory of supplies
- Train healthcare staff on proper use and maintenance of equipment
- Maintain detailed records of equipment maintenance and repairs
- Keep up-to-date with new equipment and technology developments

Requirements: A bachelors degree in biomedical engineering or technology, or a similar field.
A minimum of 2 years experience as a biomedical technician.
Exceptional knowledge of the structure and uses of biomedical equipment.
Solid technical skills and the ability to repair machinery with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
