- Description
- We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Audiologist to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with hearing, balance, and related auditory disorders. The Audiologist will provide comprehensive audiological services, including evaluations, hearing aid fittings, counseling, and rehabilitation, to help improve patients quality of life. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to ongoing professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive diagnostic audiologic evaluations, including pure tone audiometry, speech testing, tympanometry, otoacoustic emissions (OAEs), and auditory brainstem response (ABR) testing.
Interpret test results and develop individualized treatment and management plans.
Fit, program, and adjust hearing aids, cochlear implants, and other assistive listening devices.
Provide patient education and counseling for hearing loss management and hearing protection.
Monitor patient progress, document clinical findings, and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with physicians, speech-language pathologists, educators, and other healthcare providers to support coordinated care.
Participate in community outreach and education programs when applicable.
Stay current with advances in audiology technology, research, and practices.
