Description
A Technical Engineer is sometimes referred to as a field engineer or simply a “Tech”. A Technical Engineer directs how and where a structure is built. A Technical Engineer will also control where everything is placed both horizontally and vertically. This can include: roads, bridges, skyscrapers, railways and dams.
