Description: Fit-Out Site Engineer
Responsibilities:
Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
Ensure site complies within guidelines of health and safety and security.
Quality Control of work done at site.
Must have experience in Gypsum, Joinery, Masonry & Painting Works.
Responsible for checking technical designs and drawings. Risk Assessment and method of statement
Project management and supervision skills Responsible for setting out sites and organizing facilities for smooth execution of site work
Providing technical advice and solving problems on site Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork Liaising with vendors about the materials and negotiating the price of materials Strong communication and interpersonal skills Should be able to read software’s such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar.

Requirements: Requirements:
*Must have experience in Gypsum, Joinery, Masonry & Painting Works.
*At least 2-3 years UAE experience in interior fit out.
*Proven experience on residential projects in the UAE.
*Located in the UAE currently.
*Immediate candidates only.
*UAE Driving License (Preferred).
*Must have bachelor degree in civil engineering.
