- Responsibilities;
Generate leads, make sales presentations, engage prospects, receive orders, and convert them into revenue
Consistently liaising with clients in a professional and impactful manner
Ensuring the day-to-day sales, account management and maintain records of customer communications in CRM
Ensure on-time delivery of quality products and services to customers
Focus on consistent revenue generation from sale of products and services
•Leading communication and collaborations (Technical presales)
Take ownership and make decisions based on a set of policies and principles to resolve issues to mitigate risk in a timely manner
Working with a diverse team of staff and managers to bring the most suitable solution for the customer
Managing printer resource training and maintenance contracts
· Evaluate customers designs to make sure they are compatible with the 3D printing, providing recommendations as to what customers can produce/manufacture
· Provide input on how to streamline the 3D printing process, collaborating with production personnel to establish new work processes, and perform printer finishing work such as polishing or sand blasting.
· Assist with the overall production environment maintenance tasks such as repairing or cleaning the 3D printers.
· Assist with product development, including creating design processes or work in other production roles when called upon due issues such as staffing or personnel absence.
· Creating daily schedules for the printers.
- Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Sales experience (in Dubai) in Electromechanical/ Fit out/ Interior contracting company.
Should be familiar with MEP Contracting field.
Excellent presentation and creativity skills.
