we are looking for Senior Quantity Surveyors
- The role involves ensuring all operations are carried out for cost planning and cost reporting. This is all to be carried out working as part of an integrated delivery team and ensuring compliance with the company quality procedures. - Education/Experience
1- A Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering A Membership (MRICS) of RICS is preferred
2- Minimum 5 years of previous experience of the construction industry, especially in major roads and infrastructure projects
Skills/Competencies
1- Familiarity with CESMM and FIDIC forms of contract Previous experience of commercial management .Good knowledge of earned value analysis, estimation and cost analysis Excellent communication skills, numeric and computer literacy skills. Ability to produce spreadsheets using MS Excel to collate financial data Excellent organization and time management skills,
The position is full time Sunday - Thursday with a competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
