- Description
- Follows a planned bus route, making scheduled stops to pick up or drop off passengers. Collects fares and answers questions about the bus route. Communicates with the dispatcher via two-way radio during the route; provides updates to the dispatcher and reports emergencies, traffic patterns, or accidents.
- Requirements
- High school diploma or GED and valid drivers license.
Minimum of two years EMT and driving experience.
First aid and CPR certification.
Knowledge of radio transmission codes.
Emergency vehicle operator certification may be advantageous.
