Job Description:
The Clinic Accountant will be responsible for handling all aspects of financial management, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance within the clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day financial operations including billing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks and Unit Care software.
• Handle patient billing, insurance claims, and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Monitor clinic expenses, vendor invoices, and payroll transactions.
• Ensure VAT compliance and manage submissions to UAE authorities.
• Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits.
• Collaborate with clinic management to optimize financial procedures.

Qualifications:
• CA certified.
• At least 3 years of healthcare finance experience in UAE.
• Strong command of QuickBooks and familiarity with Unit Care clinic software.
• Solid understanding of UAE financial regulations and healthcare billing practices.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• High level of integrity and ability to manage confidential data.
Requirements
• Chartered Accountant qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in a hospital or clinic accounting role.
• Proficient in QuickBooks and experienced with medical billing/accounting systems.
• Hands-on experience with Unit Care clinic software is highly preferred.
• Must be available to join immediately.
