An Executive Secretary is a highly skilled administrative professional who provides dedicated secretarial and administrative support to senior executives. They manage schedules, plan meetings, prepare documents, and ensure the efficient operation of the executives office. Executive Secretaries also often take on some personal assistant duties, such as managing calendars for personal appointments and ensuring executives attend necessary meetings and events
Requirements
 With above average communication skills both oral and written
 Well versed on Windows and Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power point)
 Has keen eye to details
 Responsible and accountable for action taken
 Able to adjust in all working conditions and willing to undergo training
 Flexible in handling different job responsibilities
