- Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
Phlebotomy Technician certificate or license (preferred)
12+ months of phlebotomy experience a plus
Understanding of standard blood drawing practices and procedures
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication skills
Flexible schedule (may work nights, evening hours, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts)
Able to stand on feet, bend, and move throughout shift
