- Description
- Collecting, receiving, labeling, and/or analyzing samples or substances using the correct testing equipment.
Designing and executing laboratory testing in line with standard testing procedures, recording observations, and interpreting findings.
Communicating test results to physicians and other healthcare providers.
Performing all quality control (QC) procedures relevant to the area of specialty.
Running/managing innovation lab projects.
- Requirements
- A minimum of a BSc in medical diagnostics, medical technology or an equivalent with a specialist in medical microbiology;
6 Years of experience in medical microbiology in a human clinical laboratory in developing countries with at least two years’ experience in a laboratory quality management role
Knowledge and experience in the laboratory diagnosis of infectious diseases including specific hands-on laboratory experience.
