Description: Assist audiologists in fitting and programming hearing aids
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hearing devices
Educate patients on hearing aid use and care
Conduct hearing aid performance checks and diagnostics
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Order and manage hearing aid parts and supplies
Provide technical support to patients and staff
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Calibrate and test hearing aid equipment
Support audiologists during hearing assessments

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
Certification as a Hearing Aid Technician or similar qualification.
Experience working with hearing aids and related devices.
Strong technical skills and proficiency with hearing aid software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
Knowledge of audiology principles and practices.
