Description: The ideal candidate should be familiar with maintenance work in all types of HVAC systems like, Split ACs, Package Unit AC, Duct- able Split AC, Central AC Plants
HVAC Technician Responsibilities:

Maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
Doing PPM and Reactive maintenance as per schedule and on call out basis.
Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services if they apply.
Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety regulations.

Requirements: *Special Requirements:*

- Proven experience as an HVAC technician, ideally in the UAE or similar climate conditions.
- Certification in HVAC technology or related field (e.g., EPA Certification, relevant diplomas).
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including central heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
- Familiarity with electrical systems, refrigerants, and energy efficiency practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid UAE drivers license and willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment and work in challenging environments.
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
