Description: We are in need of experienced Boat Driver.
Job Responsibilities:
-Operate, Arrange repairs, fuel, and supplies for vessels.
-Clean boats and repair hulls and superstructures, using hand tools, paint, and brushes.
-Direct safety operations in emergency situations.
-Maintain equipment such as range markers, fire extinguishers, boat fenders, lines, pumps, and fittings.
-Organize and direct the activities of crew members.
-Report any observed navigational hazards to authorities.
-Service motors by performing tasks such as changing oil and lubricating parts.
-Tow, push, or guide other boats, barges, logs, or rafts.
-Take depth soundings in turning basins.
- Issue directions for loading, unloading, and seating in boats.
-Maintain desired courses, using compasses or electronic navigational aids.
-Operate engine throttles and steering mechanisms in order to guide boats on desired courses.
-Oversee operation of vessels used for carrying passengers, motor vehicles, or goods across rivers, harbors, lakes, and coastal waters.
-Secure boats to docks with mooring lines, and cast off lines to enable departure.

Requirements: Required Skills & Qualifications
• Age: 35 years maximum
• Must have a Captain’s License (24) meter minimum.
• Able to Dive
• 5-8 years’ minimum experience as a Captain
• STCW Basic Safety Training is mandatory
• A seafarer medical certificate is also mandatory
• CPR or related first aid certifications preferred
• Knowledge of Raymarine, Garmin System, and Radio Operator Certificate.
• Firm knowledge of marine craft communication, signaling and navigation systems.
• Good understanding and experience of basic Maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Fishing Skills and Good knowledge in maintaining Fishing equipment’s.
• A charismatic and unflappable personality
• Excellent leadership, etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance per standards
• UAE Car Driving License will be an advantage.
