Description
• Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
• Administer and monitor HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment, leave monitoring, visa, work permit and passport expiration.
• Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
• Liaise with recruitment agencies, recruiting staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates;
• Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence
• Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;
• Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management;
• Interpreting and advising on employment law;
• Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures and making memos
Requirements
Experience: 1 - 2 years
Bachelor Degree required
