Description: We are looking for a skilled radiology technician to work with closely with patients when performing radiologic imaging procedures.

To be successful as a radiology technician, you should have strong technical skills, as well as good interpersonal skills when working with patients.

Radiology Technician Responsibilities:

-Completing the patients intake process, taking patients histories, and preparing and educating patients about the imaging procedure.
-Reviewing patients charts and Doctors notes before the examination, and maintaining patients records during and after procedures.
-Preparing radiopharmaceuticals for contrast in the diagnostic images.
-Positioning patients and equipment to capture the correct area and produce clear images.

Requirements: Associate degree in radiography or radiologic technology
Completion of a specialized certificate program in radiologic technology
Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
Able to work independently while closely coordinating with clinical staff
Excellent interpersonal communications skills
Strong listening skills and the ability to build rapport with patients
Demonstrate punctuality for shifts
Maintain a professional demeanor
