Responsible for providing nutritional care and therapy to patients of all ages and settings within University Hospital Sharjah. Assuming responsibility for the overall organization and administration of clinical nutrition services within University Hospital Sharjah

Job Responsibilities:
• Actively participates in upholding and promoting the vision and culture of University Hospital – Sharjah (UHS)
• Complies with all UHS policies and procedures and fire regulations
• Participates in all aspects of the International Accreditation program to assist UHS attain and maintain international accreditation standards
• Conducts nutritional assessments, reassessments, implementation of nutritional care plans, using medical nutrition therapy, ensuring adherence to policy and procedure and correct utilization of documentation

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, health, or a related field.
More education or experience may be preferred.
State licenses or additional certifications may be required.
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, public speaking, and listening skills.
Willingness to continue training and research to keep current on the latest discoveries and developments in the field.
Strong computer and data entry skills.
Compassion and genuine interest in helping others develop better eating habits.
