Description: We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting dentists during procedures, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our dental office, contributing significantly to patient satisfaction and overall practice success. Your daily tasks will include preparing patients for dental procedures, assisting the dentist during treatments, and providing post-operative instructions to patients. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records, scheduling appointments, and managing dental supplies inventory. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will interact closely with patients, dentists, hygienists, and administrative staff.

Responsibilities:

*Assist dentists during dental procedures and treatments.
*Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments.
*Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays).
*Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care.
*Maintain accurate patient records and manage dental supplies inventory.
*Schedule patient appointments and manage patient flow.

Requirements: Completion of accredited Dental Assistant training program.
Certification or licensure as a Dental Assistant (preferred).
Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with dental practice management software (preferred).
