Description: As a Cardiothoracic Surgeon, you will be responsible for performing surgical procedures on the heart, lungs, and surrounding structures. Your role will be crucial in helping patients with various cardiovascular diseases and injuries, ranging from coronary artery disease to complex congenital heart defects. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including Anesthesiologists, Nurses, and other specialists, to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:

- Perform pre-operative evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients

- Conduct various surgical procedures such as coronary artery bypass, valve repair/replacement, and heart transplant

- Collaborate with other medical professionals to assess patient conditions, order diagnostic tests, and recommend medications or other treatments

- Monitor patient progress and provide post-operative care

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in cardiothoracic surgery and implement best practices in patient care

- Mentor and train medical students, residents, and fellows in the field of cardiothoracic surgery

- Participate in conferences and presentations to share knowledge and research findings with the medical community
