- Description
- Small business needs accounts assistant for POS, preparing invoices and related paperwork, managing receivables, assisting procurement, VAT filing etc. Knowledge in Tally needed.
Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of Restaurant .
- Handles cash flow , cost assessment and sales controls of restaurant business and prepares financial reports.
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering calls, processing mails, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial data
- Requirements
- -Knowledgeable in general bookkeeping and banking
-Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel)
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
