Description: we are constantly striving to improve and update our products and services. To do this, we rely on the expertise of our senior lab technicians to develop and test new ideas. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented senior lab technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a laboratory setting, conducting experiments and tests. They will be responsible for developing new methods and procedures, as well as troubleshooting existing ones. They will also be responsible for documenting their work and maintaining accurate records.

Duties & Responsibilities

Perform and document all work in compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
Perform experiments as outlined in protocols and standard operating procedures
Set up and operate laboratory equipment
Record data and observations accurately and in a timely manner
Analyze data and draw conclusions based on results
Assist in the development of new methods and procedures
Train junior technicians on proper techniques and procedures
Keep abreast of latest industry developments and trends
Assist in the ordering of supplies and equipment
Help to maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
Participate in lab meetings and other departmental activities
