Description: A Maintenance Technician inspects buildings, equipment, and systems for any issues. They schedule repairs for faulty equipment or damaged structures. They also perform general maintenance of the facility and grounds.

Requirements: Experience: Above 3 year
Bachelor degree
-Previous experience of building relationships with clients/customers/estate agents/solicitors
-IT skills including Microsoft packages (workable knowledge)
-Good business sense
-Initiative, drive and enthusiasm
-Excellent communication skills
-Good planning and organisational skills
-The ability to work calmly under pressure
