- Role: FOREMAN cum Facilities/Maintenance In-charge
Job Description:
Supervises the installation, maintenance, repair and testing of a wide range of Mechanical, Electrical and plumbing equipment such as large size heating, ventilation & air conditioning systems comprising of chillers, fire alarms, cooling towers, piping and building management system, compressors, etc. Includes monitoring work execution and providing guidance to ensure conformity to statutory and company regulations and adopting practices , dealing personally with more complex maintenance, and participating in shutdown and turnaround maintenance planning and execution activities.
Desired Candidates Profile
B. Competence Requirement
Hold bachelor degree/diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Have minimum 2 - 5 years of practical experience in maintenance department.
Preferably having experience in MEP, utilities systems, facilities.
Has to be computer Literate.
Excellent Communication skills in English.
Energetic, Strong Personality.
