Requirements: Looking for a female house supervisor, hotel experience with 5 years experience as per the following duties and responsibilities:
1- Managing household staff and overseeing day to day running of the property.
2- Maintaining furniture, crystal, silver and fabrics to the highest standards.
3- Making sure all laundry is handled with utmost care, especially fine fabrics and haute items.
4- Making purchase required for the house hold.
5- Maintaining inventory and stock control on all items in the household.
6- Maintaining accounts of all Parshad and Pety cash.
7- Training the staff in their required positions.
8- Maintaining staff schedules.
9- Maintain regular appraisals of current staff and take action of the are not performing up to standard.
10- Looking after the gardens and coordinating with the head gardener on work that needs to be done.
11- Any additional work required by the client of their properties.
