Description
Job Specifications:
• Responsible for conducting daily inspections of all landscape areas to ensure maintenance and project activities are proceeding as planned.
• Must check all fruit trees daily, documenting conditions and sharing videos in designated groups for updates.
• To track and follow up on all comments and directives from Top Management to ensure timely action.
• To maintain clear communication with the FM team, addressing any landscape-related issues under their maintenance scope.
• Coordinating with external contractors for landscape works, ensuring alignment with company standards.
• To make sure all landscape activities are progressing according to the approved schedules.
• Verify irrigation schedules and ensure systems are functioning properly, delivering adequate water to all areas.
• Track daily progress and update project status reports for ongoing activities.
• Check irrigation systems across all zones for functionality and adherence to watering schedules.
• Monitor plant health to ensure adequate water and nutrient supply.
• Confirm that only approved agrochemicals are used for pest and disease control, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Ensure all contractors comply with company rules and regulations.
• Monitor contractors’ adherence to safety measures during landscape and project activities.
• Support contractors in preparing landscape designs and proposals as required.
• Conduct regular inspections of the landscape and irrigation works for quality assurance.
• Verify that all materials delivered to the site meet project specifications.
• Prepare snag lists for landscape and irrigation works, ensuring timely rectification before handover.
• Review and verify as-built drawings and O&M manuals for landscape and irrigation systems.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of handover processes, ensuring all requirements are met

Requirements
Experience: 3 years
