- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, offering guidance on flowers selections, arrangements, and gift options. Take orders in person, over the phone or via online platforms, ensuring accuracy and attention to customers preferences. Create and maintain appealing displays of flowers and products in the shop. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the shop, including cleaning vases, shelves, and display areas. Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) system. Provide information about floral care and handling to customers when necessary.
