- Description
- Generating leads. Meeting or exceeding sales goals based on agreed sales target. Preparing weekly and monthly reports. Giving sales presentations , demonstrations and training to a range of prospective clients. Assisting in the follow-up of payments from clients. Preparing and submitting quotations and contracts for orders. Maintaining client records. Attends to sales calls of clients . Works mostly on administrative tasks such as managing schedule of sales team and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Requirements
- Proven experience
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
Part-time hours: 30 - 48 per week
