- Are you an experienced Real Estate Agent? Do you want to earn up to 80% commission on your deals?
We are growing our senior team across all key areas of Dubai and are looking for motivated ambitious property professionals.
Responsibilities:
•Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
•Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance to clients
•Stay updated with market trends, property values, and legal regulations
•Generate leads through various channels and maintain a strong network
•Negotiate and finalize sales contracts and agreements
•Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
•Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets
•Continuously expand your knowledge and skills in the real estate industry
Requirements:
•Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role (preferred)
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
•Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic
•Familiarity with the local real estate market and neighborhoods
•Proficient in using real estate CRM software and online listing platforms
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Proven experience of a minimum of 1 year in a real estate position in UAE.
• Extensive real estate industry knowledge with a deep understanding of leading competitors, including their strategies and pricing models.
• Proven experience in sales and managing relationships with key clients.
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
• Experience in real estate industry is a plus
• Arabic language proficiency is a plus
