Description
Digital Marketing Manager/Specialist
Duties:
• Creating attractive marketing content such as Videos (Instagram reels), pictures, templates and Editing. (Camera and or mobile phone).
• Engage and cooperate with the Doctors and staff to create and improve the performance of the digital marketing campaigns.
• Creating overall digital presence of Doctors and Dental clinic.
• Creating, scheduling, executing new marketing campaigns and projects ranging from digital activities to in office ideas (posters, signboard and brochures etc).
• Conducting marketing campaign reviews and gathering patient’s feedback.
• Generating new, creative content ideas to market Dental clinic’s services.
• Creating a website and SEO optimized content to rank high on search engines and Managing tools like Google Analytics and WebTrends.
• Monitor and improve organic traffic of website and social media accounts.
• Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, Patient’s list marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns in Arabic & English.
• Executing digital marketing tasks and creating visual elements for social media posts, content marketing, and other marketing purposes
• Creating consistent Clinic’s brand messaging and increasing Clinic’s Brand identity.

Responsibilities:
• Keeping track of project timelines and budgets.
• Ensuring resources are well allocated for successful project delivery.
• Creating and managing all social media accounts.
• Maintaining patient’s relationships.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Being creative and active.

Requirements
1. Must have Healthcare and Dental experience of similar duties.
2. Preferably bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing or Graphic design.
3. Arabic and English proficiency, additional language is a plus.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales position
• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management / Business Administration
• Strong knowledge of Sales & Hotel Resort & Spa &Catering & Microsoft Office
• Understands the local culture and have worked in the region
• Fluency in English, written and spoken • Fluency in Arabic, written & spoken is an advantage
