- • Achieve targeted sales goals with management team.
• Received coaching, training, work direction and tasks, attend meetings, and communicate feedback from Registration Center Supervisor.
• Coordinates with students for inquiry (call and walk-in), transactions, and any responsibilities until achieving acquired driving license.
• Report to Registration Center Supervisor when dealing with difficult situations and transactions.
• Make recommendations and suggestions to management which may enhance efficiency and profitability within the Registration Center.
• Maintain security measures and requirements established by management. Ensure personnel follow ID guidelines, protecting customer privacy and reduce exposure to losses.
• Ensure to be trained and complying with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain positive Manager-Supervisor-staff relationships.
• Accomplish zero errors and zero customer complaints.
• Submit assigned monthly reports to Registration Center Supervisor.
• Responsible to provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure Registration Center security procedures are carried out.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Reports on any internal and external maintenance of the Registration Center building and grounds to provide a safe, clean environment and any major concerns to the Registration Center Supervisor.
• Monitor assigned Registration Center instructors for its attendance, practical driving classes, and any responsibilities.
• Preserve company assets, cleanliness of Registration Center.
• Coordinate with Registration Center Coordinator in regards to student transactions and files.
• Open and closes the Registration Center in timely manner.
• Respond to any call, walk-in, and email correspondence.
• Attends monthly meeting appointed by Sales Development Manager.

- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Comfortable using computers.
Experience working with customer support.
