Description: Design & Creation:
Create floral arrangements for various occasions, such as weddings, birthdays, and funerals, using live, dried, or silk flowers and greenery.
Customer Service:
Advise customers on flower selection, understand their needs, provide quotes, and handle orders, payments, and deliveries.
Inventory & Maintenance:
Purchase, care for, and manage an inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies, ensuring their freshness and availability.
Operations:
Handle day-to-day shop operations, including setting up floral displays, cleaning, and potentially managing online and in-person sales.
Event Support:
Assist with floral projects and setups for special events, ensuring timely and beautiful displays.

Creativity & Artistic Talent: A strong artistic eye to design beautiful and appealing floral displays.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal skills to understand customer needs and build good relationships with clients.
