Looking for creative Florist to create innovative floral based on customer request

Job Description:

- [ ] Good customer service skills like providing the customers information with the available products, prices and available options
- [ ] Serve customers with a smile and willing attitude. Assure high sales through establishing relationship with customers to ensure repeat business
- [ ] Thinking outside the box to create unique floral arrangements
- [ ] Pay attention to details so the arrangement looks perfect and meet customer’s expectations
- [ ] Answer telephones to take order for flower
- [ ] Gift wrapping skills
- [ ] Price estimation
- [ ] Strong knowledge about wide range of floral designs, flowers along with their seasonal availability and how long they stay fresh.
- [ ] Order flowers from vendors, and maintain all in house plants and flowers.
- [ ] Keep the shop clean and tidy.
- [ ] Determine the type of arrangement desired, occasion, date, time and recommend flower for each occasion based on client budget.
- [ ] Able to prepare bridal bouquets, hand bouquets, adequate flower arrangement based on client request.
- [ ] Ensure that all floral arrangement is within the client budget and deadlines are met.
- [ ] Ensure a good relationship with other employee, clients and vendors.
- [ ] Any other duties assigned by manager
- [ ] Ability to work overtime “paid”
