Description: 1. Coordinate with Team Leader, design and gather flowers for making beautiful flower bouquet/arrangements for public display.
2. Prepare designs and make floral arrangement as per guest orders for special days.
3. Provide all services within budget and ensure delivery as per customer requirement.
4. Maintain and provide exceptional customer care service in for increasing quality of work.
5. Design and maintain flower arrangements and supervise packaging and presentation of such products for on-line products (i.e. ecommerce).
6. Prepare various floral products by making efficient arrangement by way of trimming, shaping and decorating foliage.
7. Sometimes needs to answer telephone calls and resolve all problems for customers.
8. Maintain records of inventory of floral product and working supplies and coordinate with direct manager for all additional supplies requirement.
9. Ensure compliance with all applicable health and sanitation programs and maintain safe practices.
