Description
Job Description/Responsibilities:
• Handling the business between UAE & China
• Ability to work in diverse industries and experience a wide variety of company cultures.
• Communication with the suppliers for company requirements
• Administrative duties and responsibility to coordinate with team
• Identifying new sales leads, partly to handle business development
• Pitching products and/or services
• Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing suppliers and customers
• Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
• Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
• Careful reviewing the draft contracts, proforma invoices and audit them
• Monitoring of the shipment and to act according to deadline
• Planning and overseeing new business opportunities
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
• All other duties and responsibilities related to above & related to assistants to Managing Director and his Instruction.
