Description
Responsibilities:

- answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
- typing, preparing and collating reports
- filing
- prioritizing workloads
- liaising with relevant organizations and clients
- coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
- acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
Requirements
Duties would include:

Administration duties ie making patient appointments within a timely manner, scanning of patient documents,
Retrieval of patient information/test results etc from outside sources.

Correct computer data entry of patient details.
