Description
Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls. managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation organizing events and conferences reminding the PS of important tasks and deadlines typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence managing databases and filing systems miscellaneous tasks to support their PS, which will vary according to the sector and to the manager’s remit.
Requirements
Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Hands- on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time- management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude

Bachelor Degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
