Description
• Answering telephone calls and forwarding to the concerned person.
• Manage Info email account.
• Arranging courier to collect documents and receiving of document and forwarding to personnel in charge.
• Fax Log and Forwarding them to Concerned personal. Acknowledge receipt of enquiries thru email and fax.
• Assisting visitors to concerned personnel.
• Requesting driver’s to collect and submit documents such as letters, quotations etc.
• Updating and staff activity log.
• Scanning of Documents needed for sending
• Sending of request for passes via email as requested by personnel in charge.
• Assisting sales support officer for preparing quotations and correspondences.
• Preparing quotations and updating Enquiry Logs.
• Filing of files, quotations and tenders.
• Printing documents to be signed for approval.
• Scanning document and saving on public folders for reference.
• Supporting the General Manager’s Office and other departments.
• Registering to events and conventions.
• Request stationeries and other office supplies to Purchase Department.
• Arranging and organizing office supplies.
• Performing any assign task from time to time.
Requirements
We need Russian concierge Skills and qualities
good organizational ability, as you are always on duty
a good sense of humor, enthusiasm, and stamina to cope with long working hours.
to be very friendly, caring, and patient.
an outgoing personality, common sense, and excellent communication skills.
the ability to work well in a team.
