- Prepare monthly travel calendar and follow up with down streams.
Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/ Operation heads
Provide secretarial support to the Director ensuring that all incoming mail, phone calls and emails are reviewed for importance bringing to the attention of the Director those matters requiring his attention whilst diverting queries and issues not requiring the CEOs involvement
Decision making in absence of Director and clear the business hurdles.
Monthly arrange second level management meeting taking feedback and present to reporting for further suggestion.
- Requirements
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
MS Office and English proficiency
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
