Duties:-
1- Monitoring a reporting manager’s email and responding if required
2- Preparing communications on behalf of a manager
3- Answering phone calls
4- Organising travel and itineraries
5- Organising and planning meetings
6- Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
7- Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require
8- Various ad hoc requests
