IT Customer Support Associate
Job Summary
The role holder is responsible for providing excellent customer service to existing as well as prospective clients by handling customer queries and complaints and providing quality and timely resolution in line with the established guidelines.
Please do not apply if you do not have good knowledge of computer troubleshooting.

Core Responsibilities:
Inputting orders into our system.
Answering customers calls and emails from domestic and international customers.
Troubleshooting computers and laptops problems by email or over the phone.
Making sure customer tickets are being responded to within a good time frame and in a polite, friendly, and professional manner.
Printing delivery labels.
Uploading tracking information to various sales channels.
Helping with general admin work in the office
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
