Description
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, Administrative / Documentation tasks, liaising with vendors and subcontractors from different countries.

Responsibilities

Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments
Provide general support to visitors
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Liaise with vendors and subcontractors from different countries.
Requirements

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant/Document Controller.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Requirements
Experience: 1 year
Bachelor degree
-Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize minimum supervision
-Proficient in MS Office
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Ability to maintain and protect confidentiality of all information, including but not limited to hotels, owners and corporate operations
-Hospitality operations or administrative support experience preferred
