Their duties include answering phone calls and emails, greeting and directing office visitors to designated meeting areas and building spreadsheets or presentations for leadership staff.

- Associate’s Degree in a related field.
Prior administrative experience.
Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
Attention to detail.
Multilingual may be preferred or required.
