Key responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence (phone, email, mail), maintaining filing systems and databases, preparing documents and reports, coordinating travel, and providing general support to staff and visitors.

- This is purely an admin position. No previous experience required except should be willing to learn new skills. Must have excellent written and verbal English language skills and be computer literate. Part-time candidates considered. Any nationality.
