Description
• In charge of the visitor reception and inform the related host/department.
• Must have experience in oil and gas industry.
• Office daily service operation and maintenance.
• Assist the Admin Manager to organize and arrange and support the company events and any urgent projects requested by the users.
• Operate and manage the administrative intelligent system and admin portal content.
• Sending, receiving and registering documents and packages.
• Inventory Management of Admin storage.
• Snack, ordering and receiving office supplies, supplier communication and management.
• Supervised and inspect the work of cleaning crews
• Assist the monitoring, reporting maintenance and repair of office facilities and equipment.
• Cooperate with the admin manager to provide guaranteed service to users and other temporary tasks given by admin manager.
• Archiving and Bookkeeping as per the Admin manager’s request.
• Cross department communication and collaboration with IT service desk, Procurement etc.
